About Coach Keith Kilgore.
A lifelong athlete, I ran the 800m in high school and rediscovered running at age 30. I race the 5k-50k distances and professionally lead hikes and runs in the Los Angeles and Southern California area.
I have been a running coach since 2019. My certification is through 80/20 Endurance, which aligns with my own beliefs about the most impactful and sustainable format of training.
My goal as a leader in the Los Angeles-area running community is to drive the charge in making outdoor sports feel welcoming to people from all walks of life. I aim to break down barriers and help everyone realize they can do this.
