At Keith Kilgore Run Coaching, my goal is to help you pursue your dreams no matter how big they seem.
I do this by strategically creating a training program that aligns with your life. There isn’t a one size fits all plan. Some key components of training will be tried and true but how you get there is always based on you.
I do everything I can to help my athletes develop healthy habits and am consistently on top of your program. We’ll stay closely connected on our weekly one-on-one check-ins and when life throws you curve balls, we’ll adapt to keep you on track!
I coach runners around the world and in Southern California in events from local 5ks to FKT attempts to 100 mile races. Do you want a road map to get you to your dreams?

Our Process, Together

Step 1: Chat
In our initial consultation, we sit down to talk about your running and why you are looking to a coach. I’ll ask questions like:
- Why do you want a coach?
- How long have you been running?
- Do you race? What distances?
- What is your weekly schedule like?

Step 2: Set Goals
We work together in an initial period to evaluate your base then set benchmarks toward your goals:
- Do you have a bucket list race?
- Do you want to go faster? Farther?
- Do you want to make running sustainable with your lifestyle and responsibilities?

Step 3: Get to Work
We work together on a holistic plan: running schedule, supplemental training (strength & mobility work), recovery, movement mechanics, and more!
